The PetSafe Wire Splice Kit for In-Ground Fence System Kit contains 2 waterproof gel-filled capsules and 2 wire connectors that can repair damaged boundary wire of PetSafe in-ground fences.
Directions for use: Pliers should be used to push down fully the raised part of the wire connectors to ensure that the wire insulation is pierced so the radio signal can run through. It is not necessary to strip insulation.
