    Terms & Conditions

    • The Frequent Buyer Program is only applicable to participating brands listed above.

    • The offer applies only to the same brand and size of pet food; customers cannot mix and match different weight bags. However, mixing flavors of the same size (e.g., 1.5kg Chicken and 1.5kg Duck) is allowed.

    • Customers must claim their free bag through the Rewards Club. The coupon code for the free bag is unique and for one-time use only.

    • The free bag cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash or any other monetary value.

    • To participate, customers must register on the Rewards Club with a valid email or mobile number.

    • All historical stamps have been transferred to the Rewards Club. Physical stamp cards will be invalid after 1st November 2024.

    • Stamps will be earned on both in-store and online purchases. However, the free bag redemption is only available in-store only.

    • Customers unable to visit the store can contact the web team to arrange delivery of the free bag, with a standard shipping fee applied.

    • The free bag redemption is subject to the availability of eligible products at the time of redemption.
