Delivery Charges

- €2.99 delivery fee on orders under €50
- Delivery available across Ireland and Northern Ireland
- We do not ship outside these regions at this time
Delivery Times
We partner with DPD for fast, reliable delivery.
- 97% of orders arrive next working day once shipped. A small number may take a second working day
- Occasionally, depending on location or courier schedules, delivery may take 2–3 working days
- Orders received before 12 p.m. (Mon–Fri) are normally collected the same day
- Orders placed after 3 p.m. Friday are collected on Monday, ETA - Tuesday/Wednesday
- We pack 7 days a week and ship Monday–Friday
A tracking ID will be emailed once your order is dispatched. You can track orders anytime at tracking.dpd.ie.
Please note: We do not offer Click & Collect.
Address Accuracy
All orders are delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout. Your billing address will not be used for delivery, so please double-check that your shipping address and Eircode are correct before completing your order. Accurate details help ensure your parcel reaches you without delay.
If an incorrect address is provided, our team will do everything we can to help:
- We’ll try to arrange a collection from the incorrect address
- If successful, we can redirect the parcel to you (a collection fee applies)
- If the parcel can’t be retrieved, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or if you receive the wrong product, we’ll arrange a collection and return at no cost to you. Once the item is received back in our warehouse, we’ll contact you to organise either a replacement or a refund—whichever you prefer.

Exchange or Return Your Unwanted Purchase
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit — maybe the size isn’t right, your pet doesn’t take to it, or you’ve simply changed your mind. You’re welcome to return the item for an exchange or a refund, as long as it is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, a collection fee applies, and this cost is usually deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our mistake — such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or any issue that originated on our end — no return fee applies, and we’ll arrange the collection at no cost to you.
Once your return arrives with us, we check that the item is in perfect merchandising condition: new, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after inspection, and the funds typically appear in your bank within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A 'Force Majeure' Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters; the impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; the impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
