I enjoy my job for many reasons. Firstly, I enjoy being able to help customers - whether it’s finding suitable food for their pet, a harness or collar that fits correctly or helping them find a nice treat. Hearing new customers come in and say "my friend highly recommended you guys" makes me feel like we do a really good job and that’s really satisfying. Secondly, a lot of customers bring in their pets to us - cats, dogs and even hedgehogs. Sometimes we even bring our own pets to work which is a great perk of the job! Finally, having a really easy going boss and awesome colleagues is a huge plus in my books. We work well as a team, we work hard and have a great laugh!
